18 Feb HB457 Exempting certain lot redesigns from Montana Subdivision and Platting Act
Revises 76-3-207(2)(d) by striking out “for five or fewer lots within a platted subdivision, the relocation of common boundaries” and replacing it with redesigns or rearrangements of lot criteria for exemption.
MACO is tracking this one and does not like it in it’s current form. There is an open dialogue between MARLS and MACO legislative, so if you’d like to reach their lobby please let me know. I’ve seen friendly amendment language and it seems pretty good.
